Welcome to Readwillow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using readwillow.com and everything on it (the "Site"). By using the Site, creating an account or buying a pass, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Readwillow ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@readwillow.com or through our Contact page.

2. Who can use Readwillow
You can read free content without an account. To create an account or buy a pass, you must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. One account is for one person. Accounts can't be shared, sold or transferred.

4. Free content
Chapter 1 of every book, and every chapter of books marked Free, can be read online at no cost. Downloading the PDF of a free book requires a free account. We may change which books are free at any time.

5. Passes and payments
- We offer a Weekly Pass, a Monthly Pass and a Yearly Pass. Each pass gives access to every chapter of every book on the Site and a number of PDF downloads for the length of the pass.
- A pass is a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically. When the period ends, your access to premium content ends, and you won't be charged again unless you buy another pass.
- Current prices, download allowances and what each pass includes are shown on our Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and include tax.
- Payments are processed by PayPal. We don't see or store your full card or bank details.
- We may change our prices or pass features in the future. Changes never affect a pass you have already paid for.

6. PDF downloads
- Each pass includes a set number of PDF downloads per period, as shown on the Pricing page. Downloading the same book again in the same period doesn't use another download.
- PDFs are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial reading. You may keep the PDFs you downloaded, including after your pass ends.
- You may not share, upload, sell, lend, publicly post or otherwise distribute PDFs or any part of them.

7. Refunds
Passes give instant access to digital content, so they are non-refundable once purchased, except in the cases described in our Refund Policy, such as a duplicate charge or a technical problem on our side that kept you from reading.

8. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- copy, scrape, download in bulk, or use automated tools to collect our books or other content;
- use our content to train, test or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning system;
- share your account or pass with others, or try to get around download limits or other access controls;
- interfere with the Site, its security or other readers' use of it;
- use the Site for anything unlawful.

To protect our books, we apply reasonable limits, such as a cap on how many premium chapters an account can open per hour. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. If we close your account for a serious breach, you won't be entitled to a refund for any remaining pass time.

9. Our content and how it's made
The books, covers, text, design and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Readwillow and are protected by law to the extent applicable. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of any of it.

Many of our books and covers are created with the help of artificial intelligence tools and are directed and reviewed by a person. Each book page shows a label describing how that book was made, and our How Our Books Are Made page explains our process. Our author names are pen names.

Our books are works of fiction or general self-help. Names, characters and events in fiction are imaginary. Self-help books are for general information only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice.

10. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites, including stores where books can be bought. Some of these may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites.

11. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may update the Site, add or remove books and features, or change these Terms. When we make important changes to these Terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep the Site running well, but we can't promise that it will always be available, error free or secure.

13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Readwillow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Indonesia, unless the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.

15. Contact
