We want buying a pass to be simple and fair. Here's how refunds work at Readwillow.

Passes are non-refundable
A Readwillow pass gives you instant access to every chapter of every book, plus PDF downloads. Because this access starts the moment you pay, passes can't be refunded once they're purchased, and partly used passes can't be refunded for the time left.

Before you buy, you can read Chapter 1 of any book for free, and some books are free from start to finish. That way you can be sure Readwillow is right for you.

When we will refund you
We'll give you a full refund if:
- you were charged twice for the same pass by mistake; or
- a technical problem on our side kept you from reading or downloading, and we couldn't fix it within a reasonable time.

No automatic renewals
Our passes are one-time payments and never renew on their own, so you'll never be charged for a period you didn't choose to buy.

How to ask for a refund
Email hello@readwillow.com or use our Contact page within 30 days of your purchase. Please include the email address on your account, the date of the purchase and a short description of the problem. We'll reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days.

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through PayPal. How long it takes to reach you depends on PayPal and your bank or card provider.

Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
