Questions about passes

Will my pass renew automatically?
No. You pay once, and your pass simply ends when its time is up. If you want to keep reading, you can buy another pass whenever you like.

How do PDF downloads work?
Each pass includes PDF downloads: 2 per week with the Weekly Pass, 10 per month with the Monthly Pass, and 12 per month with the Yearly Pass. Downloading the same book again in the same period doesn't use another download.

Can I get a refund?
Passes can't be refunded once they're purchased. If you were charged twice, or a problem on our side kept you from reading, contact us and we'll make it right.

How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card. Prices are in US dollars and include tax.
